I've been learning about Roger Williams in Social Studies. Knowing about this topic helps me know why Puritans didn't like changers. The part I know the most about is that Williams went to Rhode Island to start a colony or town called Providence. The part that is the most confusing is why would Puritan leaders want money. I'd like to know more about Roger Williams to learn what other challenges he went through.

I've been learning about Lewis and Clark and how they explored the new land of the Louisiana Purchase in my Social Studies.They explored for some president who's name I can't remember.
ReplyDeleteWas he a puritan leader that was given permission to go start a colony or was he running away.I'd also like to know who changers are and why Rodger Williams didn't like them.I think the Puritan leaders are like the first estate clergy members that I learned about in history class. They were rich people who got most of their money from being dishonest. :)
