New Words

I've been learning about how words change and are invented in Reading.  Knowing about this topic helps me have fun making new words.  This topic reminds me of how sometimes I make sounds and pretend they are words.  The part I know the most about is that you need to make people say your word.  I'd like to know more about how to make new words so I can really make new words.

    Hey Larisa what you said reminds me of when I used to make words and start singing with them.

    I like making new words, too. Sometimes the words we already know don't express what we want to say so making up a new word helps us express our thoughts and feelings. Sometimes making a new work is just fun because they sound cool.
